19 October 2009 PLEASE NOTE SECURITY When using the Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd payment facility, your credit card and personal details are protected by RapidSSL® - 128 bit SSL encryption. What is SSL? PAYMENT Credit card payments are charged to your account when you place your order. Cheques and money orders are banked at the time of order. If payment is by personal cheque (Australia Only) there will be a bank clearance period of 3 working days before the order is dispatched. Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd uses the secure, real-time services of eWAY to process all online credit card orders. Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd will take every care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link through eWAY. Secure transactions through eWay offer 1024 bit encryption. As Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd is not responsible for the operation of the secure link, Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd will not, unless it is negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. You incur no fee when using the services of eWAY. If products are not available for any reason after Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd has accepted your order, you will be advised. Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd will not charge you for these products and will reimburse any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a refund to your credit card account or a company cheque. DELIVERY Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd will make every effort to dispatch all products within 3 working days from receipt of payment. Where this is not possible, Coffee Training Centre Pty will notify you and, unless stated otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from receipt of payment. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd may, at its discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately; you will be notified if this occurs. If Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd is at fault), Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd will notify you and store the products. If you wish Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd to re-deliver the products to you, you will need to authorise Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd to charge your credit card/debit card for any extra delivery charges. If Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd does not hear from you within 28 days, your order will be cancelled and any payments received will be refunded to you, less any reasonable delivery charges incurred. |
